Plenty of Fun on the Way to Mill Park
Mill Park, VIC, Australia, September 2022: Get ready for Timezone’s debut as the go-to entertainment destination at Westfield Plenty Valley, opening just in time for Victoria’s spring school holidays and set to raise the bar for family fun in the Mill Park community.
Timezone Plenty Valley marks the 250th Timezone venue to open in the Asia Pacific region, a milestone and celebration for one of the most well-loved Family Entertainment Centres brands.
“Timezone Plenty Valley will introduce Guests to the parts of the Timezone story we pride ourselves on most: facilitating connection, forging community, and becoming part of myriad lasting, good memories,” says Kane Fong, General Manager of Timezone and Zone Bowling Australia. “Then success of our unique approach simply reaffirms that people are craving bonding experiences with others in a social, interactive setting – a rediscovery and reclaiming of what we’ve missed so much during these past few years.”
At an impressive 1,500 square metres, this Timezone hits the sweet spot in terms of a welcoming atmosphere and maximum value for time (and money) spent – good news for parents searching for fun, weatherproof school-holiday solutions, and students looking to spend their free time relaxing with friends. A carefully selected variety of entertainment attractions have become the hallmark of the Timezone experience: “We focus on providing state-of-the-art in-person experiences, from old favourites refreshed to the latest in cutting-edge Virtual Reality and interactive game-playing scenarios,” explains Fong. Timezone Plenty Valley is no exception: Guests can choose from more than 110 arcade games, a laser tag arena fit for 24 players, four short-lane bowling lanes, a Spin Zone with seven Bumper Cars, and a 9D Cinema featuring 3D animated movies enhanced by surround sound and ‘active motion’ for an immersive experience.
Party planners are invited to make the three available party rooms their own for all celebratory needs: from birthdays to team building. Timezone Plenty Valley also boasts a full Café with a delicious menu of tried-and-tested party favourites: hot dogs, nachos, pizzas, fries, sweet treats, drinks… Perfect for those who’ve worked up an appetite attempting to set high scores.
Finally, Timezone’s iconic Winners’ Vault makes its appearance at Plenty Valley, too – filled with an amazing range of high-quality prizes, no trip to Timezone is complete without the ritual of swapping hard-earned Powertickets for awesome prizes.
“We are proud and excited to welcome the Mill Park community and introduce them to a whole new level of fun,” says Fong. Timezone Plenty Valley will open on Saturday, 17 September.
